9) Who is on the loan?
10) Do you have a VA DISABILITY?
11) The Social Security numbers of all borrowers! – This is not to pull credit, but to verify mortgage payment history!
12) Birth dates of all borrowers!
Once I have this information – I can work up a fairly accurate new loan amount with a new monthly payment!

On a VA Cashout
The rule is 90% of the Loan to Value of the Home or 75% + $36,000.00 which ever is the lesser of the two is the maximum loan amount including closing costs.
